How to get Valorant Points for free

Using a classic method known from the League of Legends community, you can get your hands on a few Valorant Points, no charge needed. Learn here all the details.
How to get Valorant Points for free

Valorant Points (VP) are the premium currency for Valorant, Riot Games' competitive shooter. VP is acquired through purchasing it through the in-game store. This means that players need to purchase VP to acquire their favourite skins.

Since these can only be obtained by paying with real money, players tend to be selective with what skins they purchase.

However, there are ways to get Valorant Points without spending any cash and it's a trick that goes back to Riot's League of Legends.

Long-time League of Legends players will know that Riot Games has given players a small amount of RP for free to purchase skins. The only thing Riot asks for in return is a simple drawing related to the game.

So, using this method, Valorant players can also submit their drawings about the game or any of its agents to get free VP. To do so, you must follow the following steps:

  • Open a ticket on the Valorant support page.
  • Choose "Purchases & In-game Content" or "General" as the category.
  • Attach your drawing and explain why you need those extra Valorant Points.
  • Submit the ticket and wait for Riot to respond.

It should be noted that Riot Games only agrees to deposit a maximum of 50 VP. So don't expect to receive thousands of points for event super-detailed drawing of your favourite agent.

Also, don't worry if you aren't particularly good at drawing Riot will always be willing to give their part in exchange for your work, and if you don't believe it you can check out this compilation made by Riot featuring part of the drawings that players have sent them in the past few years.
