The team’s IGL has decided not to renew his contract and explore his options.
JcStani leaves Immortals’ Valorant roster

Noah “jcStani” Smith will no longer be a part of the Immortals Valorant roster moving forward. The now-former team's IGL took to Twitter to make the announcement.

JcStani joined Immortals back in May 2020 along with Joseph “Bjor” Bjorklund, Yannick “KOLER” Blanchette, Amgalan “Genghsta” Nemekhbayar, and Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk as the team’s founding roster in Valorant.

With jcStani on the roster, Immortals managed to get 3rd place at the FaZe Clan Invitational, 2nd at the Renegades x NSG Invitational, and 2nd at VCT Stage 1: Challengers 1. However, in more recent events, the team tied with XSET for last place at VCT Stage 1: Masters and failed to qualify for VCT Stage 2: Challengers Finals.

In his Twitlonger post, jcStani stated that he had the option to re-sign with Immortals but chose to explore free agency, explaining “Contracts in esports are long; not many pros get this opportunity on their own terms.”

Immortals’ Valorant roster is now:

  • Amgalan “Genghsta” Nemekhbayar
  • Andrew “ShoT_UP” Orlowski
  • Daniel “Rossy” Abedrabbo
  • Rhett “Kehmicals” Lynch
  • Michael “packing10” Szklanny Sr. (Head Coach)
  • Jordan “Gunba” Graham (Coach)
