Team Envy announce first Valorant roster

Team Envy, one of the biggest esports organisations in North America has announced the signing of the Together We Are Terrific roster marking their entry into Valorant esports. The five-man roster comprised of former CS:GO players Adam "aKis" Kisseberth, Abdo "C4Lypso" Agha, Pujan "FNS Mehta, Anthony "mummAy" DiPaolo, and Jake "kaboose" McDonald was regarded as one of the best-unsigned teams in the region.

The team has already competed in several competitions, winning several weeklies and getting a seventh place at the T1 x Nerd Street Gamers Showdown and fourth in last weekend's Pulse Invitational.

Envy fans have eagerly awaited the announcement of a team ever since the org teased a Valorant related announcement back in April, which turned out to be a showmatch amongst employees, coaches, and players from their CS:GO and Overwatch squads.

With the next events in the Valorant Ignition series of tournaments being held outside North America, we'll most likely see the debut of the Team Envy in Riot's tactical shooter at the end of July during the PAX Arena Invitational that will feature 16 pro teams and four influencer squads competing for a $25,000 prize pool starting on the 22nd.

After Envy’s arrival, it seems Team Liquid will also step into the Valorant arena, as reports suggest ScreaM and fish123 will be part of their roster.
