'Bill Clinton Kid' Crashes Game Awards Stage To Thank 'Reformed Orthodox Rabbi Bill Clinton'

This has to be one of the most bizarre situations in The Game Awards history, so far.
'Bill Clinton Kid' Crashes Game Awards Stage To Thank 'Reformed Orthodox Rabbi Bill Clinton'

Maybe it's because it's 4am and the tidal wave of new game announcements has turned our brains to mush, but somehow, we're even more confused by what went down at the end of The Game Awards.

For those who don't know, or have woken up after a wonderful night's sleep (shakes fist) a kid appeared to crash the acceptance speech for the Game of the Year Award, which was won by Elden Ring.

Somehow the unknown kid just got up and walked on stage along with Miyazaki and his team when they got up to go accept the award; and seemingly nobody questioned it or thought to approach him at any point. Yet that wasn't even the odd part.

After the award was presented to Hidetaka Miyazaki, and he had time to give his acceptance speech, an as-yet-unknown kid highjacked the mic so he could thank "his Reformed Orthodox Rabbi Bill Clinton". Strange to say the least.

Watch the clip, in all its bizarreness, just below:

Following the incident, Geoff Keighly took to Twitter to explain that the individual who interrupted the Game of the Year award had been arrested.

More to follow (when we've had time to sleep)
