Epic Games' Fortnite has been no stranger to crossover promotions with popular entertainment outlets. Past events have seen the likes of Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and more recently Rick & Morty.

Now a leak from a data miner suggests that animes could be coming soon to the Fortnite island as part of a new collaboration. Among the titles listed in the leak are Dragon Ball Z and Naruto, two of the most popular anime around the world.

Check out the latest developments on which super-fighters you could soon see dropping into the battle.

Epic Games x Shueisha Inc. collab

Popular Fortnite data miner, Twea, reported that Epic Games have recently collaborated with Shueisha Inc. who owns the rights to many popular anime titles. Among those included in Shueisha’s library are Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, My Hero Academia, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Doctor Stone, and more.

The major Japanese publication is well known for producing the world-famous Shonen Jump magazine. Shueisha Inc. is also the partial owner of Viz Media, an American manga publisher, anime distributor, and entertainment company headquartered in San Francisco, California.

If the leak is a legitimate report, there could be loads of anime content for awaiting gamers to enjoy in the coming months.

At this point, there are no further details on which titles would be involved or potential character skins. In addition, a target date has not yet been revealed for when Shueisha Inc. will open the vault for the Epic Games collab.

However, if you’re a fan of these popular anime titles, it could be just a matter of time before you can play them on your way to a victory royale.
