Xbox Games With Gold is reportedly being retired and replaced with a new Xbox Game Pass tier, according to a new report from m.cafe.
According to a freshly discovered Game Pass page, four separate tiers will be available for Xbox Game Pass:
- Xbox Game Pass Core
- Xbox Game Pass Console
- Xbox Game Pass PC
- Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

According to the report, the Xbox Game Pass Core tier will completely replace the long-mocked Xbox Games With Gold, which has in the eyes of many received rather diminishing returns since the Xbox Game Pass launch. Xbox Game Pass Core will launch on September 1 and will offer online multiplayer and 25 Game PAss titles for $9.99 a month. These 25 games will include titles such as DOOM Eternal and Forza Horizon 4, though there's no official word from Xbox on what else to expect or if the tier is legit.
