The first title of the franchise, Horizon Zero Dawn, became a bit hit not just on PlayStation but also on PC after the publishers released it on the platform. This has left fans wondering whether Sony will bring Horizon Forbidden West to PC or not and here's the answer to your question.
Will Horizon Forbidden West be available on PC
Unfortunately, Sony has no intentions of releasing Horizon Forbidden West for PC at least anytime soon in the future.
In an interview published on the PlayStation blog, Hermen Hulst, Head of PlayStation’s Worldwide Studios, was asked about the future of Horizon Forbidden West coming to PC.
In response, he said, "I think it’s important that we stay open to new ideas of how to introduce more people to PlayStation, and show people maybe what they’ve been missing out on. And to maybe put a few minds at ease, releasing one first-party AAA title to PC doesn’t necessarily mean that every game now will come to PC."
He further added "In my mind, Horizon Zero Dawn was just a great fit in this particular instance. We don’t have plans for day and date [PC releases], and we remain 100% committed to dedicated hardware."
However, this doesn't mean that the title won't arrive on PC at all and who knows we get another surprise from Sony in the upcoming years.
