Marvel's Spider-Man 2 Was Made With 'No Compromises'

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 will have 'no compromises' according to an interview with Jim Ryan.

Head of PlayStation, Jim Ryan, spoke to Famitsu about the game and said that developer Insomniac Games has made 'no compromises' with Marvel's Spider-Man 2 specifically due to the fact that it is being made exclusively for the PS5.

Ryan also stated that the game looks 'beautiful' and is 'truly impressive'. We know that the game is pretty far along in development thanks to leaks from the Venom actor for the title, so this tracks with everything we know so far.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is expected to be shown off next week at the upcoming PlayStation Showcase. Sony has been quietly increasing the marketing for the title, with a Fall 2023 release date attached to every single ad for the game, but they haven't shown off any gameplay or really spoken about the content of the game at all beyond the original reveal trailer for the title.
