Slime Rancher 2 is now out on Early Access. The game introduced a lot of new vegetables and foods for your slimes, but it also brought some back from the original game. One of those original vegetables is the Heart Beet, a vegetable shaped like - you guessed it - a heart. Heart Beets are some slimes’ favorite food, so they’re pretty nice to have around.
Here is how to find Heart Beets in Slime Rancher 2 and how to farm your own Heart Beets, as well as what they are used for.
How To Find Heart Beets In Slime Rancher 2
To find the Heart Beets in Slime Rancher 2, you'll need to do a bit of exploration around the ranch. To get to them, you’ll need to unlock Ember Valley and climb the cliffs there, but your yield will be worth the effort.
First, head out into Ember Valley on Rainbow Island and down the cliffs. You'll spot various slimes at the bottom - keep walking. At the end of a path, you'll find a wide clearing with vegetables including Odd Onions and Carrots. Venture a little further on, up the cliffs and around the curves, and you'll find a water spout that will propel you up when you stand on it. Hop on it, and you'll end up on a cliff next to the patch of Heart Beets.
