The Anacrusis is an upcoming co-op first-person shooter game in which four players can team up to fight the aliens at a starship. The game's story features four survivors named Nessa, Guion, Liu, and Lance, who are unwillingly in the battle to save humanity from the aliens.

You can get into an "infinitely-replayable" fight with your friends in The Anacrusis, and here's when the game will release along with all the details regarding it that we know, including its system requirements, gameplay and more.

The early access of The Anacrusis is scheduled to release on 13th January, and it will stay in this stage for the first nine to twelve months. Stray Bombay is planning its full release in the fourth quarter of 2022 after its development is completed based on the feedback received from the players.

The Anacrusis will be available on Microsoft Windows along with Xbox Series X, Series S, and Xbox One. You can have a look at the game's official trailer below:

The Anacrusis PC system requirements

Here are the requirements that your system needs to fulfil in order to run The Anacrusis smoothly.

  • 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: AMD FX-8350 / Core i5 6600K
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: DX11-compatible GPU 
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Storage: 25 GB available space

The Anacrusis gameplay and features

While not much is known regarding The Anacrusis, the developers have revealed that the game's early access will have three chapters in which players can fight different types of aliens, bosses, and more.

In addition to this, different weapons, gadgets, health kits, perks etc., will spawn based on the AI. In addition to this, the game will support cross-play, which means you will be able to play the game with your friends on other platforms.
