An unannounced Lego football game has been rated in Korea, possibly indicating that we could see it fully announced soon.
The game is titled Lego 2K Goooal! and was first leaked last year by Andy Robinson at VGC, who stated that it would only be the first of many Lego sports games thanks to a new partnership between 2K and Lego. While the VGC report states that the football game would release before a racing game, which as we know is no longer accurate thanks to the release of Lego 2K Drive.
According to the same report, it's being developed by Sumo Digital, who you might know from Sonic Racing and LittleBigPlanet 3. Little is known about the game beyond the recently revealed Korean rating, but if the game is already being rated in markets then it could indicate that it'll actually be released not long after the game is actually announced.
It's currently unknown what type of game Lego 2K Goooal! will be. It could be a more party-game-based take on football, but it could also be looking to be a genuine competitor to FIFA. If it's anything like Lego 2K Drive then it'll be the latter, as that game looked to be a serious Lego answer to games like Forza Horizon.
