Xbox 20th Anniversary stream: How to watch, start time and more

Two decades ago, on 15th November 2001, Microsoft unleashed the original Xbox in North America, alongside Halo: Combat Evolved, which evolved into one of the most iconic FPS franchises in existence. On 15th November 2021, Microsoft is celebrating this momentous occasion with the Xbox 20th Anniversary stream.

Here's what we know so far about the Xbox 20th Anniversary celebration stream, from the exact start time, to how you can watch the action live, and the possibility of a surprise announcement about Halo Infinite's multiplayer.

The biggest rumour (quite solid we might add) is one that Microsoft and 343 Industries are yet to dismiss.

As we've explained in a detailed article, there is a solid indication that Halo Infinite's multiplayer might release late at night on 15th November (or at the very least sometime in November), as a surprise announcement during the Xbox 20th Anniversary celebration stream.

The date marks the 20th anniversary of the Halo franchise, and in case you didn't know, Halo Infinite's multiplayer will be free-to-play anyway.

While the campaign will still release on 8th December, industry insiders and dataminers have shared some evidence that during the Xbox 20th Anniversary stream, Microsoft will unleash Halo Infinite's multiplayer.

Just in case this does happen, go ahead and familiarize yourself with the Halo Infinite competitive settings.

While there's a good chance we might get a surprise release announcement for Halo Infinite's multiplayer component, and we will likely see some new information about upcoming titles, nothing has been confirmed so far.

There is almost no doubt we will see Microsoft pull out a "one more thing" for the biggest announcement or teaser, so you will just have to watch the full Xbox 20th Anniversary celebration stream.
