Xenoblade Chronicles 3, one of the most anticipated Nintendo Switch RPG titles, is scheduled to arrive on 29th July. Similar to the other online games, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will have a Special Edition on Switch that will ship with various bonus goodies.

Since the pre-orders of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 have started surfacing online, fans are curious to know how to grab the special edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 3. With that in mind, here’s a comprehensive guide for the same.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition

Nintendo has recently confirmed that a Special Edition of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is under development. However, fans may have to wait a bit longer if they want to grab it. The main reason behind it is that the company hasn’t revealed any specific date of when pre-orders will open. Moreover, the pricing of this particular edition is unknown yet.

So far, Nintendo has revealed that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 special edition is set to launch exclusively on the My Nintendo Store. The bundle will include the game itself, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Steelbook, Artbook, and Special Edition Collector's Box.

It’s being speculated that the Special Edition will initially launch across North America, Europe, and Australia. Therefore, we highly recommend following the @NintendoAmerica Twitter handle for updates on availability.

In fact, Nintendo has released a new trailer for Xenoblade Chronicles 3 that gives us a brief overview of the game’s storyline. At the very end of the trailer, the makers have revealed a poster of Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition, which is packed with artwork from Masatsugu Saito, a full-color 250-page+ hardcover art book, and a steel case.

Earlier, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 was scheduled to release in September 2022. Surprisingly, Nintendo has preponed the launch date to 29th July. The game’s story sets its sight in the new world of Aionios, where the Keves and Agnus factions are fighting over magic and technology. Players will have six characters in their party, with each ally having a unique set of strengths and weaknesses.
