Staying or leaving the Duviri Paradox in Warframe is a paradox in itself, and we are here to solve it for you.
Warframe: Should you Leave or Stay in the Duviri Paradox?
Digital Extremes

Starting up a new live-service game that boasts 10+ years of content can be an overwhelming experience, and Warframe is no different in this regard. When you first boot up the game, you will be thrust into the lush and vibrant region of Duviri, with the Duviri Paradox being the primary quest.

However, when you finish the Duviri Paradox, you're given a choice to either stay in that region or head to the Origin System. Both options offer completely different gameplay experiences, and if you're playing Warframe for the first time, the correct choice is pretty easy.

That being said, you could be wondering what both have to offer. Our guide here explores both options and tells you whether you need to go to the Origin System first or continue exploring the Duviri in Warframe.

The Duviri Paradox or the Origin System in Warframe? Answered

Before we get into the nitty gritty of what both have to offer, it's essential to point out that you can go back to either of those almost immediately after choosing one. It means this isn't a game-changing decision by any means.

The Origins System offers the classic Warframe experience where you can play through the game's base campaign, grind for better weapons, mods, and Warframes, and put together a strong build.

On the other hand, the Duviri Paradox is Warframe's rogue-lite mode, where you get to try three pre-defined builds, explore the procedurally-generated region of Duviri, complete a set of random objectives, and just survive. You get a few revives, but when you die, you lose all your progress and return to Teshin's Cave.

The Duviri Paradox is a great way to familiarize yourself with Warframe's gameplay. However, know that you don't use a Warframe when navigating Duviri's surface. Instead, you play as a Drifter whose traversal and combat abilities work a bit differently.

However, if you fancy some Warframe gameplay, you can try Duviri's Circuit mode, which takes place in the Undercroft. It's a great way to familiarize yourself with the different Warframes in the game, try some cool weapons, and earn rewards that can make your character more powerful for the next run.

Completing a spiral (loop) in the Duviri Paradox can get you a plethora of rewards. For instance, you can get resources to craft different Warframes from the Circuit mode. However, it's more useful to veteran players. For new players, the Duviri Paradox is more about getting a taste of Warframe's gameplay.

And so, the correct answer is to leave Duviri Paradox and head to the Origin System, where you can begin the game's base campaign and start building your Warframe.
