It was hit with a good number of damage nerfs for Season 3 but despite that, it's still one of the best guns in the game. But having a good loadout will be the difference maker. • Muzzle - Harbringer D20
• Optic - OP-V4
• Mag - 45-Round Mag

Accuracy and recoil control are absolutely essential for the ISO Hemlock. The loadout we've suggested above will give you both. You will be wanting to mostly fight at mid-range and having the best accuracy possible will allow you to shred opponents in an instant. There are plenty of effective perks for this gun but here's what we recommend: For Perk 1, we'd go with Overkill. The ISO Hemlock dominates at medium range, not close. Have an SMG ready and you are good to go. For Perk 2, Scavenger is great so you do not run out of ammo for your two guns.

For the Bonus Perk, Fast Hands is a must just because you have two primary weapons. The time it takes to switch between weapons could be the difference maker between winning and losing. We like High Alert for the Ultimate Perk because if you are playing alone, you will need all the information you will get. It's still a useful perk when playing as part of a team. As for equipment, the Drill Charge and Flashbang are great for flushing out enemies.
