At the end of the year, we can almost always expect a new Call of Duty game. This time that holds true as it was announced Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is on the way. Call of Duty fans are counting down the days we have left between now and Modern Warfare 3. With the November release date approaching, we are getting an influx of information about the game.
From the information released to the public, it seems there will be a lot of new content added for Modern Warfare 3. But some information has starting to leak out prematurely. In particular, there’s information about maps that should be interesting for keen players. Rumors have it that new maps are not only coming to Modern Warfare 3 but to Warzone as well.
Is There Going To Be A New Map For Warzone?
When approaching the release date of a game, insiders will do their best to get as much information as possible and then release it to the public. We know for a fact that there are going to be new maps for Modern Warfare 3 in the form of remastered classics,although original new maps will have to wait for post-launch. Now, we have reason to believe a new map is coming to Warzone.
Known leaker @ModernWarzone says that there’s going to be a new map coming to Warzone. This new map is not going to be in a desert setting and it will actually be in an area that has a lot of green trees. The details of this map such as location or what game modes you can play on this map are currently unknown.
When Is The New Map Coming To Warzone?
So far, there is very little information about this new map that is coming to Warzone. All that we know is that it supposedly exists and it will be very green compared to the other maps that we’ve seen in the past. But we do have an idea of when the new map should be dropping for Warzone.
By our estimation, we would have to say that this new map will release sometime during Season 6 of Warzone. This would make sense as a new map coming to Warzone at the same time as a new Call of Duty game dropping would bring in the most amount of players. We will have to wait and see to find out if this turns out to be the case.
