Best M13B Loadout in Warzone 2 Season 5

The M13B or M13 Assault Rifle is one of the classic Call of Duty weapons featured in Warzone 2, and to nobody's surprise, it's slowly but surely making its way up the meta. The weapon features an insane rate of fire and high accuracy when paired with the right loadout. 

So if you're keen on going back to basics and taking the M13B into battle the next time you drop into Warzone 2, then we have you covered. Below you can find the best attachments and perks to create the ultimate M13B loadout.

Best M13B Meta Loadout in Warzone 2 - Attachments

The main aim of our attachments is to make the M13B more stable and controlled as its rate of fire and power output are well above average at the base. To that end, we've chosen the attachments below for the best M13B loadout in Warzone 2. 

• Muzzle - Harbinger D20 
• Barrel - 14″ Bruen Echelon 
• Optic - Cronen Mini Pro 
• Rear Grip - D37 Grip
• Magazine - 60-Round Mag 

Together, the 14" Bruen Echelon Barrel and the Harbinger D20 Muzzle attachments do wonders for the M13B, extending the gun's effective range and bullet velocity while also reducing noise and significantly stabilizing its somewhat bouncy recoil.

The D37 Grip will help extend our effective damage range and reduce recoil for a more precise shot. Our selection for the Optic is the Cronen Mini Pro sight because it is a well-liked fan favorite in the current meta as it's ideal for close-to-midrange combat, however, if you prefer another optic, feel free to replace it. 

Lastly, the Magazine is the 60-Round Mag which gives us ample ammunition to avoid constantly reloading, but it doesn't decrease our mobility as much as the other larger magazines. 

Best M13B Meta Loadout in Warzone 2 - Perks & Equipment

Warzone 2's new "feature"—that you can only select a Perk package rather than a customizable perk loadout—may not please all fans, but the packages on offer are still well-rounded for all players. Here are all the Perks you will receive from the package we selected for the M13B, the Specter package, as well as the best equipment:

• Base Perk 1: Tracker
• Base Perk 2: Double Time
• Bonus Perk: Spotter
• Ultimate Perk: Ghost
• Lethal: Proximity Mine
• Tactical Equipment: Stun Grenade

As an Assault Rifle user, you're most effective at close quarters, so with Tracker, you'll be able to track your enemies throughout the map and with Double Time increasing your mobility, you'll easily be able to push up on enemies before they can slip away. 

These next two Perks allow you to negate some of the drawbacks of being a more up-close and personal player, as most Assault Rifle players tend to be. Spotter lets you see enemy equipment, Field Upgrades, and Killstreaks through walls and avoid them, while Ghost lets you stay hidden on the map from UAVs and Portable Radars, and Heartbeat Sensors as you push on unsuspecting players. 

The Proximity Mine lets you set traps for other players trying to get close to you while you're reloading or when you just need a tactical way out of a tight spot. And lastly, the Stun Grenade will blind enemies for a short period and allow you to get the jump on them with your kitted-out M13B.
