The first mid-season update for Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 is scheduled to drop on December 14. The next patch is set to bring two new Operators - Gaz and Klaus - to Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, and players will be glad to know that they can unlock Gaz absolutely for free.

Although one of the operators is free, it doesn't mean that you can unlock it right away. As is tradition, the game requires you to complete a certain set of objectives to acquire premium operators like Gaz. With that said, here's everything you need to know about unlocking Gaz and Klaus in Warzone 2 & Modern Warfare 2.

To unlock Gaz for free, players are required to complete the Atomgrad Special Ops Raid, a three-player co-op mode that will be released along with Modern Warfare 2 and Warfare 2 Season 1 reloaded. Apart from this, Gaz will also be available Store Bundle with “Aquatic” Skin. Those who complete the Raid and purchase the Bundle will unlock the “Grass Ops” Skin as a bonus reward.

In case you don't know about Gaz's past, he was a member of the British Special Air Service and a veteran special forces operator. Gaz became a legend in 2019 when his valor during an attack on Piccadilly Circus grabbed the attention of the formidable SAS Bravo Team captain. He ultimately joined Price’s elite unit, known as Task Force 141.

Unlike Gaz, Klaus can only be obtained by purchasing the Klaus Operator Bundle from the in-game store. Although the bundle's pricing hasn't been revealed yet, we expect the Klaus Operator bundle to cost 2400 COD Points. Apart from the operator himself, the bundle also features two weapon blueprints and other festive cosmetic items.

When it comes to the operator, Klaus' full name is Klaus Fisker, and he is a member of Denmark’s Elite Special Forces. The operator is known for his exceptional training record, leading his peers with unbridled optimism through exercises.

So that's everything you need to know on how to get Gaz and Klaus in MW2.
