Call of Duty: Warzone 2 Season 01 (and MW2 Season 01) will feature four new Functional Weapons for players to use, filling their enemies with all kinds of lead. This includes two weapons at the start of Season 01 and two during a mid-season update. Here, we focus on the Victus XMR Sniper Rifle.

How to Unlock Victus XMR Sniper Rifle in Warzone 2 and MW2

The Victus XMR Sniper Rifle can be unlocked via the new Battle Pass system. It is available for free players, so there is no need to purchase the battle pass. Instead, you can unlock the Victus XMR Sniper Rifle easily in Warzone 2 and MW2 Season 01.

The Season 01 battle pass is in the form of a map with 20 Sectors. Each of these Sectors has five items. Players will need to level up to earn Tokens, which can be used to Unlock a new, adjacent Sector or more items in the current Sector.

To unlock the Victus XMR Sniper Rifle, you will want to head straight to Sector A7 on the Battle Pass map as soon as possible. It is a high-value target (HVT). You will need 15 Battle Token Tier Skips to get there.

It is as simple as selecting the Battle Pass sector, where you see the Victus XMR Sniper Rifle, and unlocking it first. Therefore, it should take players only a couple of hours to unlock the new sniper rifle.

Victus XMR Sniper Rifle Stats in MW2 & Warzone 2

The Victus XMR Sniper Rifle is described as: “Hard-hitting, bolt action sniper rifle with .50 cal BMG ammunition. Its tungsten sabot-tipped bullets are fast and powerful but require precise shots over long distances.”

It is from the Imperatorium Platform. At the time of writing, no official stats for the Victus XMR Sniper Rifle in Warzone 2 and MW2 has been revealed. We will endeavor to update this article as soon as the stats become available.

Remember, each new Warzone 2, and MW2 weapon can use attachments from other weapons across the arsenal. Once unlocked, they will come with new Base Camos to use across all weapons and will count toward the road to Orion Mastery Camo.
