UPDATE - Plunder Returns To Warzone 2
Original Story Follows - Ever since Call of Warzone 2.0 was released globally, COD fans have been eagerly waiting for the popular Plunder gameplay mode. In case you don't know, Plunder initially appeared in the first iteration of Warzone, which requires the contestants to drop on the battleground and gather the most Cash before any other squad does.
The mode itself is pretty fun to play as it involves continuous heat of the battle between the squads, which is why Call of Duty fans are heavily demanding the return of Plunder in Warzone 2.0. While the devs themselves haven't announced it officially, we do have some good news for the CoD fans related to the Warzone 2.0 Plunder mode.

The Warzone 2 Season 2 Patch Notes also confirmed a few details of what's to come from the game when Warzone 2 Season 3 launches later this year.
"Our teams are hard at work on Season 03 and beyond, and we’re excited to share some of the awesome new content ahead" the blog post teased.
As well as confirming that Gun Fight returns to Multiplayer with new maps, the blog post also succinctly said "Plunder returns to Warzone".
It remains to be seen if any significant changes will be made to the mode.
Warzone 2 Season 2 is nearly here but prior to launch, Raven Software has confirmed a few details relating to the return of the fan-favorite Plunder mode.
In an interview with CharlieIntel, the devs confirmed that Plunder will be added in “future seasons".
Call of Duty Warzone 2 Plunder Mode Leaks
Warzone 2 players will be glad to know about that a player recently encountered an unusual map glitch that hints that Plunder could return to Warzone 2. A user, who goes by, tiktokalnuke on YouTube posted a short video on the platform showing glitched icons on the map, stating, ‘CALL IN A CASH DEPOSIT HELI.’
It was one of the core features in the Plunder mode, which allows you to call in a Helicopter once you have accumulated a certain amount of cash. So normally, the Plunder icons shouldn't exist in the game when the mode itself is currently unavailable. Since the user has stumbled upon the Plunder icons, it can be concluded that the Plunder could release in the future.
But as we've already mentioned earlier, we don't have any official confirmation from the game developers. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether Plunder returns to Warzone 2.0 or not.
