Despite the war, plague, or devastating destruction by a particular Black Dragon, the fine folks of Smokywood Pastures and Greatfeather Pepe never let World of Warcraft (WoW) players down. Yes, WoW's Feast of Winter Veil 2023 will take place to celebrate the festive season with your neighbors in Azeroth.

What is Feast of Winter Veil in WoW Lore?

The Feast of Winter Veil is, quite obviously, a festive season event taking place at the end of the year

The people of Smokywood Pastures are not letting the shattered skies get in the way of spreading holiday cheer! The Winter Veil is here and it comes with fripperies, fineries, and amazing comestibles for the holiday!

WoW Feast of Winter Veil Start & End Dates

Dragonflight

The strongholds are decked out in festive cheer! On top of that, the trees are stacked with gifts. Fresh items are now available when challenging these strongholds.

The Abominable Greench Rewards

Storm the cave of the Abominable Greench and get these massive rewards for your account!

• Highland Drake: Winter Veil Saddle: Deck your drake in festive flare appropriate for the season with a big red nose, antlers, and a sleigh-like saddle fit for a jolly rider.
• Festive Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle: The more, the merrier, when you summon Pepe in a tiny sleigh to adventure together.

Festive Bosses

Some of the bosses that you can face will have some festive outfits available. These are the bosses that might have an outfit change if you challenge them during the Winter Viel.

• Hackclaw's War-Band (Brackenhide Hollow)
• Khajin the Unyielding (Halls of Infusion)
• Assault of the Zaqali (Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible)
• Tyr, the Infinite Keeper (Dawn of the Infinite)
• Council of Dreams (Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope)

Gifts For Players

On top of all the festivities, players will get a number of gifts sent to them. Here are the two Winter Viel presents players should be on the lookout for:

• Junior Timekeeper's Racing Belt: From the 'I Can Be Lord Andestrasz' collection of racing accessories comes a new do-it-yourself course creation kit! Periodically release rings for party members to race through. 
• Winter Viel Socks: Don your festive footwear to bring the Feast of Winter Veil with you wherever you go with a snowy trail effect! Machine wash cold and hang during a flurry to dry. 

Season Of Discovery

Players checking out the Season of Discovery can find these festive activities on their adventures. Players can take a sleigh ride in either Orgrimmar or Ironforge. Players can also take a S.E.L.F.I.E. during the moment as well!

The Smokeywoods Pastures cart is available in Ironforge or Orgrimmar and if players go there, they can get A Tiny Winter Hat. Pepe will also join your adventures with a tiny beard.

The quest You're a Mean One... is now available for players level 30 and higher. The event will last from December 15 until January 2.
