The release date for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight has finally been revealed and players are excited to take to the skies of Dragon Isles and see what this expansion holds in store for them. Fans have been waiting for a while to see the details of this new expansion and more importantly want to know when it will be released.

Release Date for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight revealed
World of Warcraft: Dragonflight will be released on the 28th of November 2022, as officially revealed in a tweet from the World of Warcraft team. Along with their release date, its been detailed that a 50% XP buff will begin on the 4th of October throughout Azeroth, and that Raids will open on the 13th of September.

Dragonflight transports World of Warcraft players to the legendary Dragon Isles, dragonkind’s ancestral homeland. The ninth expansion pack for World of Warcraft adds five new zones and ten all-new levels. The exploration-based expansion introduces a slew of new features and systems, such as redesigned talent trees and the dynamic Dragon Riding flying mounts.
Dragonflight will also have tons of new content coming to the game that has players buzzing to get their hands on it. From a new talent system, new dungeons to explore, and the new level cap of 70, to the newly introduced Dracthyr Evoker, World of Warcraft’s first-ever race and class combination character able to switch between a humanoid visage and a fearsome draconic form.

New Raids will also be starting in the first week of December on the 12th and of course, an all-new PvP season pitting players against one another to test their mettle. All this and much more will be coming to Dragonflight and having a release date to mark on your calendar is a huge comfort.
Though some fans are worried that the game will be an unfinished product as it was only first announced earlier this year, Blizzard has reassured fans that the game has been in development alongside Shadowlands for years and will be everything they promised.
