What Are The Upcoming WWE 2K23 Editions?
In an article posted by the WWE website, we have some pretty clear insight into what players can expect for the upcoming editions of WWE 2K23. There are a could of different editions for the game that players should be on the lookout for. The editions for WWE 2K23 are as follows:
- Standard Edition
- Cross-Gen Edition
- The Deluxe Edition
- The Icon Edition
The Standard Edition is just that, the normal base game with no bonuses. On current-gen consoles like the PlayStation 5, the Xbox Series X/S, and PC, it will cost $69.99. On previous-gen consoles like the PS4, it will cost $59.99.
The Cross-Gen Edition will cost $69.99, but it is only available digitally on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. This edition will let you play WWE 2K23 on both PS5 and PS4 if you are using both consoles. The same applies to Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
The Deluxe Edition is more pricey at $99.99. You will get the Bad Bunny Bonus pack, a Season Pass to post-launch DLC content, and a lot of in-game items, including Ruby John Cena MyFACTION Evo Card, Gold Edge MyFACTION Card, and even more cards plus, you will get card packs as well.
The Icon Edition will cost players $119.99. On top of everything in the other editions, players will also get the Ruthless Aggression Pack which will get you an early "Prototype" John Cena Character, "Leviathan" Batista, and developmental rookie versions of Randy Orton and Brock Lesnar. You will also get additional cards like the Emerald Paul Heyman MyFACTION Manager Card.
What Are The Pre-Order Bonuses For WWE 2K23?
Players who are interested in getting all the characters possible in WWE 2K23 should highly consider pre-ordering the game. That is because a playable character is a pre-order bonus. Players who pre-order the game will unlock Bad Bunny as a playable character in WWE 2K23.
On top of that, players will also get the Ruby-tier Bad Bunny MyFACTION card. The Bad Bunny Bonus Pack is actually included in both the Deluxe Edition and the Icon Edition of the game, so you do not have to pre-order WWE 2K23 if you are buying either of those editions.
