Tears of the Kingdom is absolutely filled to the brim with different items that customize the way Link looks. Some of these items have special effects while others are there for style points. With that in mind, you can actually customize your paraglider in Tears of the Kingdom. You will find some paraglider materials in the overworld, but there are some paraglider fabrics you can only get through amiibo.
Tears of the Kingdom has the ability to interact with amiibo and bring in some special items for your game. Throughout the years, there have been several Zelda-themed amiibo that has been released. To get these paraglider fabrics, you will need a Zelda-themed amiibo. Here are the amiibo that you can use to get a paraglider and what fabric they will give you:

How To Change Your Paraglider Fabric In Tears Of The Kingdom
Now that you know how to get all of the special Paraglider Fabrics in Tears of the Kingdom, it is time to change them. Thankfully, it will not take too much effort to change your Paraglider Fabrics in Tears of the Kingdom and you can change them relatively early in the game.
You will want to make your way to Hateno Village. From there, you will have to talk to one of the shopkeepers named Sayge. He is the one who will change your paraglider for you. You will need 20 rupees to change your paraglider fabric but assuming you have enough, you can change your paraglider fabric at any time.
