Competitive Valorant is at an all-time high and not even a global pandemic can stop the FPS esport from holding an S-Tier LAN event.

The Masters Reykjavik will be underway very soon and whilst fans had many questions regarding details about the event, here at GINX we have only but answers for you.

From format and prize pool to how and where to watch, here’s everything you need to know about the Valorant Masters Reykjavik.

Valorant Masters Reykjavik schedule

The Valorant Masters Reykjavik will run from 24th May through 30th May 2021 with the following matches taking place each day:

Day 1 - Monday, May 24, 2021

  • Three matches: Both Play-in Matches, one Upper Round 1 match

Day 2 - Tuesday, May 25, 2021

  • Three matches: Three Upper Round 2 matches

Day 3 - Wednesday, May 26, 2021

  • Three matches: Two Lower Round 2 matches, One Semifinals match

Day 4 - Thursday, May 27, 2021

  • Three matches: One Semifinals match, Two Lower Round 2 matches

Day 5 - Friday, May 28, 2021

  • Three matches: Two Lower Round 3 matches, Upper Final

Day 6 - Saturday, May 29, 2021

  • Two matches: Lower Semifinals, Lower Final

Day 7 - Sunday, May 30, 2021

  • One match: Grand Final

The Valorant Masters Reykjavik will have a total prize pool of $600,000 USD. The distribution for each of the 10 participating teams and placements will go as follows: 

  • 1st: $200,000 & 400 points
  • 2nd: $100,000 & 350 points
  • 3rd: $80,000 & 300 points
  • 4th: $60,000 & 250 points
  • 5th-6th: $40,000 & 200 points
  • 7th-8th: $25,000 & 175 points
  • 9th-10th: $15,000 & 150 points

Valorant Masters Reykjavik format

The Valorant Masters Reykjavik will have a double-elimination bracket with the following format:

  • 10 participants
  • All matches are Bo3, except Grand Final which is Bo5.
  • All maps apart from Breeze are eligible.
