Unfortunately, there is currently no official news regarding Ace Attorney 7. However, while there has been no official news from the developer Capcom, several leaks earlier this year indicate that a new Ace Attorney game is in the works.
One of the most compelling examples is the Japanese roadmap leaked to Reddit, suggesting that Ace Attorney 7 had been in pre-production.

Leaked Capcom documents at the end of 2020 were made public following a cyber attack, leaking the existence of Ace Attorney 7.
The leaked Capcom roadmap points to Ace Attorney 7 being in pre-production in 2019 and that the game has been developing since 2020.
However, this roadmap should be taken with a large helping of salt, as it appears to be significantly outdated. According to the leak, Ace Attorney 7 should have been released in 2021, but that didn't happen.
