Cyropods are one of the most demanded items in ARK Survival Ascended. For those who haven't played ARK Survival Evolved, they allow you to store and transport your tamed dinosaurs, making your life so much easier in the game. Here is how you can still get Cryopods in ARK Survival Ascended.

How to Get Cryopods in ARK Survival Ascended

Cryopods are not available in the base game yet; however, they will be added in one of the future updates, as confirmed by Studio Wildcard. Apart from this, you can also use the command “GFID Emptycryo” to summon a Cryopod, but it won't be functional; however, this doesn't mean that there is no way to use Cryopods right now in ARK Survival Ascended.

You can use the Cryopods Mod, which will add a new engram for the cryopod, which you can craft at a fabricator using metal ingots, electronics, and polymer. You can also craft a cryofridge, which is a special storage unit that can hold up to 48 cryopods and recharge their batteries. This mod is compatible with most creatures, including modded ones.
