Best ISO SMG loadout for Warzone Season 2

The best ISO SMG loadout for Warzone Season 2 gives you a fighting chance in close-ranged gunfights with the perfect attachments.
Best ISO SMG loadout for Warzone Season 2

At the bottom of our Warzone Season 2 Tier list, alongside the Milano 821, is the ISO SMG. The underused and slightly underpowered Submachine Gun released back in August 2020 and hasn't seen much love since. However, with the best possible ISO SMG loadout for Warzone Season 2, you could deal some good damage in close-quarters combat.

Warzone Season 2 ISO SMG: Best loadout

The ISO is a 9mm Submachine Gun with a small magazine size and a very fast firing rate. The gun is made for close-quarters combat, so in our best ISO loadout, we play to its strengths.

This tiny SMG really can't hold a candle to the likes of the MAC-10 but as always, one should keep in mind it is still viable if you love extremely fast-paced gameplay, running around and hitting enemies before they see you.

The best ISO SMG loadout at the start of Warzone Season 2 is:

  • Barrel: FSS Nightshade
  • Underbarrel: Merc Foregrip
  • Ammunition: 50 Round Mags
  • Laser: Tac Laser
  • Perk: Sleight of Hand

We've added the 50 Rounds Mags to increase the very low ammo capacity of the ISO and added the Sleight of Hand perk for reloading quickness.

The most important aspect of this ISO loadout for Warzone Season 2 is the FSS Nightshade barrel, which increases recoil control, extends the effective damage range, and increases bullet velocity.

The Merc Foregrip helps decrease vertical recoil while also adding increased hip fire accuracy for those close-range engagements. Lastly, we add some excellent ADS accuracy with the Tac Laser, so the ISO SMG isn't just a one-trick pony.

As mentioned previously, the ISO SMG in Warzone Season 2 really is at the bottom of the barrel. The only thing you can really do is use the best possible loadout with all the right attachments in order to deal some good but not great damage at close-range.
