All Relic Abilities In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty
Jailbreak is an ability that charges your next leap attack whenever you perform a finisher with your Mantis Blades. This charged leap has extra reach and deals AOE damage, so it's a good thing to have when facing down a massive amount of enemies.
Limiter Removal makes it so that Gorilla Arms sends enemies flying backward due to a shockwave, and knocks down any enemy who is within your range.
Spatial Mapping allows your V to jump towards the enemy using your Mantis Blades and increases the chance of dismembering your foes for ten seconds. It's great to use this for getting to enemies who are miles away from your location, and also for melee builds in general.
Emergency Cloaking is a fairly basic ability but nonetheless an extremely useful one. It improves your Optical Camo which means that you can do stealth a LOT easier during combat, and you won't have to deal with the potential of being seen.
Monowire attacks spread a quick hack to other enemies when you attack any enemy that is affected by a Monowire-uploaded quick hack.
If you destroy an enemy's vulnerability then you gain an extra 10% frequency of new vulnerabilities from any enemy while providing extra Crit Damage. This ability can stack five times and if you reach the max then you double the overall effects.
Sensory Protocol causes time to slow down if you're crouching and detected by an enemy. What this means is that you'll basically be notified when you're in the sightline of an enemy and can quickly get out of the way or deal with them before they get to you.
Launch Capacity Override
Launch Capacity Override gives V some extremely cool wrist rockets that you can fire at an enemy, and also gives an additional charge for the Projectile Launch System. If you don't care at all about stealth, or you need some way to get out of trouble quickly, then this ability is great for that.
Vulnerability Analytics allows V to detect vulnerabilities in enemy armor and cyberware during combat. If you hit these, then you get 100% Crit Chance, an additional 25% Armor Penetration, and Weakspot damage bonuses to go along with the potential to cause a Vulnerability to explode and generate an EMP blast.
