Panam Palmer is a former Nomad who roams the outskirts of Night City, showcasing her passion for high-end vehicles and even the occasional tank. Players will first cross paths with her during the "Ghost Town" mission in Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077, where she can be seen immersed in repairing a car.

How To Romance Panam in Cyberpunk 2077

Ghost Town

To start winning Panam over to your side in Cyberpunk 2077, you must first help her defeat Nash and his people during the Ghost Town mission in Act 2. This isn't too hard, and once done, you will meet up with her at the Sunset Hotel.

Once there, speak Panam, and you will have to choose the "Maybe we should just get one room?" option. She will agree because the rooms have two beds; however, you will respond to her with the "Not exactly what I meant." dialog option.

Lightning Breaks

After this, you'll need to complete the Lightning Breaks story mission in Cyberpunk 2077. You won't have to make any decisions here, so you can't make a mistake.

Life During Wartime

Following this, you will begin the Life During Wartime mission. Here, you will have to fight to save Mitch from disaster. Once saved, you will need to track down Hellman. Before doing so, speak to Panam and ask her to join you on your mission, and she will oblige.

At the end of the mission, make sure that you stand up for Panam in front of Saul, as this will count heavily in your favor. From here on out, the romance with Panam in Cyberpunk 2077 will mostly be explored through side missions, the first of which will be Riders On The Storm.

Riders on the Storm

In the mission, you have the option to ride solo; do not do this. Choose instead to ride with Panam on your way to rescue Saul. You will have another chance to side with and stand up for the ex-Nomad when you are in the house during the sandstorm.

Then, once done, you will have to choose the "You'd be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma'am" option. Afterward, you will have two possible options that will both work for pushing the romance with Panam further. Choose either "[Touch Panam's thigh] Got a few ideas." or "You choose. Customer's always right."

With A Little Help From My Friend

After some in-game time has passed, the side job With A Little Help From My Friend will activate. Panam will call you. Answer the phone and then meet her at the camp. Speak to her at the Locomotive Control Tower, and she will tell you she wants to take things slowly. Agree with her.

Then choose the "[Touch Panam's hand] Next time, try following that impulse." option when available. Later, Saul will text you, asking you where Panam is. When this happens, you should respond to him with "No idea."

Later, when at the campfire with Panam and the Nomads, choose the "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold." option. Yes, yes, you are getting there. There is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. About 24 hours after leaving the camp, the final part of this storyline will activate.

Queen of the Highway 

There are only two choices left you need to make. The first is to choose the "[Let Panam touch you] Oh yeah. Let's go." Then, finally, you will have the option to kiss Panam with the "[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me." option. And with that, you are now in one of the best relationships in Night City and have successfully romanced Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077.
