Disney Dreamlight Valley 2022 Roadmap - New Characters, Realms, Stories, More

The new life-simulator game Disney Dreamlight Valley was recently released in Early Access for all platforms, and fans are happy with all the content they've already gotten to explore. Disney has created a rich and vibrant world full of classic characters and nostalgic stories.

It seems like Disney has even more in store for fans already, though, as they've recently published a 2022 Roadmap on Twitter featuring new characters and more coming later this year.

On 10th September 2022, Disney Dreamlight Valley published a Tweet announcing what's next for the Disney Dreamlight Valley game this year.

"Our first two updates will introduce some truly beloved (and maybe even feared) characters, realms, and stories," they said, "and that's just the start!"

Update 1 will come in Fall 2022, introducing Scar, a continuation of the main story, and even more surprises in store.

The second release in late Fall 2022 will feature multiple new characters - including Woody from Toy Story and perhaps other Toy Story characters, a new realm, and more.

Given the Toy Story theme of the late Fall 2022 update, it's possible that the upcoming realm might also be themed after the iconic franchise. This is certainly something a lot of Disney fans would enjoy.

More Disney Dreamlight Valley content updates and information will be coming in 2023, according to the graphic. So, if you're a fan of Disney Dreamlight Valley, be sure to keep an eye out for more.

The Disney Dreamlight Valley game is currently only available on Early Access; therefore, only those who are a part of the Early Access release will be able to access the game and be able to play these updates for the time being.

However, both upcoming updates will be free for all players who already have access to Early Access, so you won't need to purchase anything to enjoy them.
