Disney Dreamlight Valley has been available globally for some time, but Gameloft still has big plans new content in 2024. This includes releasing regular paid and free content updates bringing new characters, realms, and more.

The latest Disney Dreamlight Valley update brought Monsters Inc into the game including Mike Wazowski and Sulley. Just before that, the paid DLC A Rift in Time arrived with Gaston, Rapunzel, and EVE.

While players have been enjoying all of this, there's always something on the way. Here's everything we know about the next Disney Dreamlight Valley update in 2024.

Update April 2: With the Monsters Inc release now live, we've updated and are looking ahead to the potential arrival of Daisy Duck in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Next Disney Dreamlight Valley 2024 Update Release Date 

As per the official announcement by Gameloft, the next Disney Dreamlight Valley update release date is Early Spring 2024, which should be in April or May at the latest. This will be a free update, but an exact day has not yet been announced. We'll update this page once a date has been confirmed.

While the complete details regarding the Disney Dreamlight Valley April 2024 update are not known, as per the roadmap released by Gameloft, it adds a new villager which is speculated to be Daisy Duck.

There aren't many more details known so far, but afterwards the primary Spring 2024 update to the paid expansion A Rift in Time is also on deck. Dubbed "The Spark of Imagination," the second chapter of that Disney Dreamlight Valley DLC is expected to add a new character, potentially Aladdin or Genie.
