How To Find Invitations Scrolls in Dead by Daylight Twisted Masquerade 2023

During the Dead by Daylight 2023 Twisted Masquerade anniversary event, Invitation Scrolls will spawn in every trial, with players being able to interact with them to earn a glow that will grant a reward upon escaping for survivors or finishing the game as a killer. Alternatively, both sides can use this interaction to give themselves a boost. If you escape the trial as a survivor with one or finish the game as the killer, you'll get one of the anniversary event's coveted Masquerade Masks. 

But how do you find those Invitation Scrolls in the trial? To help you out, we'll explain where you can find the Invitation Scrolls in Dead by Daylight's Twisted Masquerade 2023 event to get Masquerade Masks for your killers and survivors.

Invitation Scrolls Locations In Dead By Daylight's Twisted Masquerade

Invitation Scrolls do spawn in every trial during the 7th anniversary Twisted Masquerade event, but it's a lot easier to find them with a little help since they move around the map throughout the trial. Bringing a Terrormisu offering will allow you to hear an audio cue that lets you know when the Invitation Scrolls are moving. It will also highlight nearby ones with an aura, making it easy to identify them and make your way over to them quickly.

Their location is random, but you can try having another player on your team play an offering for a condensed map like Midwich Elementary School or The Game so you have a higher chance of being able to see the Invitation Scrolls' auras nearby.

The best way to make sure you get your cosmetics is to play the game as the killer during the event; all you'll have to do is finish the game after finding the Invitation Scroll to get your cosmetic, while you'll have to actually escape as a survivor, which can be a lot harder. The event lasts for almost a month, though, so if you play regularly it's easy to get all of the masks no matter which side you play.
