The Pocket Watch puzzle to complete the Exorcism is on the Bedlam map, so you won't be able to use the pocket watch or complete the puzzle anywhere else. You'll need to follow a few relatively simple steps to complete the Demonologist pocket watch puzzle.

Of course, the Pocket Watch tells the player the time in-game, so you'll need it for that purpose in this puzzle.

First, you'll need to locate the deer puzzle. Next to it, you'll find a little note. The note will talk about a dangerous contraption, clueing you into where you need to go next.

Head to the main lobby and go behind the second door to the left of the stairs. You'll then be able to engage with the Pocket Watch puzzle, where you can use the pocket watch item you've brought along.

During this puzzle, what you have to do is stand on the blank slabs. Those with pentagrams on them should be avoided. The pattern of which ones have pentagrams on them depends on the time and the clock's hands, so you'll have to double-check before completing the puzzle.

That's all you'll need to do to finish the Pocket Watch Puzzle in Demonologist. This new item has opened the door for a pretty neat Easter Egg and Exorcism objective, so players should give it a try next time they're exploring the Bedlam Hospital map.
