The DC FanDome showcase returns in 2021 after a very successful first event last year.

Conceived as a response to the cancellation of the San Diego 2020 Comic-Con, due to COVID-19, DC FanDome is an online-only presentation for the fans of DC Comics where we will have a chance to see various news, updates, trailers, announcements, panels, interviews, and everything else about DC Comics.

This includes movies, series, animations, and, of course, comics. If you love DC Comics characters there's a lot to be excited about when it comes to DC FanDome 2021. Trust us, you will definitely not want to miss this event.

Here's everything you need to know.

DC FanDome 2021 start time and schedule

DC FanDome 2021 is scheduled for 16th October and it will be a 1-day live event.

DC FanDome is set to start at 10 am PM / 1 pm ET / 7 pm CET and it will last approximately 4 hours.

How to watch DC FanDome 2021 stream

You will be able to watch everything live on the official DC FanDome website.

Alternatively, the entire event will be livestreamed on the official YouTube and Twitch channels. According to organizers, the stream will have subtitles in 12 languages.

If you are planning on watching the event with your kids, there's also a special kid-friendly DC Kids FanDome, which will run in parallel with the main event.

This will be available for viewing at DCKidsFanDome.com and is designed with families in mind, where the whole family can "immerse themselves in at-home digital activities all in a safe, kid-friendly environment."

As we've mentioned previously, there will be a lot of news about the upcoming shows, movies, animations and video games related to DC characters, and the DC Comics multiverse in general.

Warner Bros. (WB) confirmed that there will be an exclusive new trailer for The Batman movie (the one starring Robert Pattinson as Batman), and we will also get news and updates on other movies. This includes the first look at Black Adam and The Flash movies, and more details about Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, as well as some behind the scenes Shazam! content.

If you are a fan of animated movies, there will be a sneak peek of the Injustice animated movie and a premiere trailer for Catwoman: Hunted.

In the series department, HBO Max will show off content from the upcoming seasons of The Flash, Superman & Lois, Batwoman, Titans, Doom Patrol, and Sweet Tooth, as well as the new Peacemaker show, starring John Cena as the titular hero.

Finally, what we love the most - video games, and in that regard, there will be no new announcements (unless there are some surprises), but Warner Bros. confirmed that we will learn a lot more details about the two DC games currently in development, which include Rocksteady's Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Warner Bros. Games Montréal's Gotham Knights.

Of course, there might be a few hidden announcements that were not officially teased as a part of the program, but for those, we will have to wait for DC FanDome 2021 and find out live during the event.
