With so many different ways to farm acid in Fallout 76, you might be confused about which is the fastest way to do so. But the best way to farm acid is by killing Cave Crickets. Cave Crickets will net players between 5-8 acids without the need to break them down. On top of that, they have reliable spawn points to where players can go back and kill them to farm up acid.

Players will want to go to Tanagra Town to farm acid. Once you have arrived, you will want to go near the top of the large tree there. In that tree, there is an opening that is filled with Cave Crickets. Kill those Cave Crickets and players will be farming a lot of acid in no time at all. Players can also farm acid by killing Snallygasters. For this enemy, head to the Flooded Trainyard, go north, and there should be a couple of Snallygasters to kill so you can farm up acid.
