Fortnite Crew subscription issues: Missing V-Bucks, renewal error and more

The Fortnite Crew subscription service is running into some issues with the January 2021 offerings, including missing 1000 V-Bucks woes.
Fortnite Crew subscription issues: Missing V-Bucks, renewal error and more

Epic Games launched the Fortnite Crew subscription service in December 2020. This subscription service gives players immediate access to the Battle Pass, monthly, unique cosmetic items, as well as 1,000 V-Bucks.

Unfortunately, many subscribers are running into Fortnite Crew subscription issues, including not receiving their 1,000 V-Bucks, multiple charge attempts, and not being able to rejoin the service.

The most widespread of the issues is the missing 1,000 V-Bucks, which we cover in the next section of this article.

There are two more Fortnite Crew issues some players have been experiencing. First off, Epic Games is investigating reports regarding PlayStation players experiencing issues when attempting to rejoin Fortnite Crew after a failed renewal payment error occurs.

This, of course, means some players can't get their subscription service renewed right now, anxiously awaiting Epic Games' fix to get their Green Arrow skin, the Tactical Quiver Back Bling plus Style, and Boxing Glove Pickaxe, 1000 V-Bucks and immediate access to the Battle Pass.

Unfortunately, the Fortnite Crew subscription service issues don't stop there. Epic Games is also investigating "multiple charge attempts" for the subscription service for players in Brazil, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

How to get 1,000 V-Bucks with Fortnite Crew

Unfortunately, there's no way to get your missing 1,000 V-Bucks from the Fortnite Crew subscription service for January 2021.

Developer Epic Games, however, is looking into it. On Twitter, Epic Games explains: "We're investigating an issue where Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their Subscription in January.

"Crew members who renew automatically will continue to be subscribed, but their V-Bucks will be delayed as we work on a fix."

The only thing those affected by the Fortnite Crew subscription service can do right now is to wait it out until Epic Games fixes the issue and sends them their missing V-Bucks.

Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon, and it will be smooth sailing in February.
