Leakers claim that Fortnite could be getting a crossover with the upcoming Spider-Verse movie.

When it comes to battle royals, Fortnite is always in the conversation. This game has defined battle royals in its own way and is one of the most popular games in the world. With every season being very active, there are a lot of people jumping into Fortnite for one reason or another.

One reason people like Fortnite is the crossovers this game has. You can play as Naruto or even as the famous YouTuber Mr. Beast in Fortnite. It looks like another crossover is in the works as well. Rumor has it that Fortnite is going to do a crossover with the latest Spider-Verse Movie that is coming up.

Is Fortnite Doing A Crossover With The Across The Spider-Verse Movie?

Fortnite has been very big on crossovers in the past few years. From video games to movies to even YouTube, Fortnite has a large plethora of character skins that players can collect. It looks like the upcoming Spider-Verse movie will be added to that skin collection. Reliable Fortnite Leaker HYPEX on Twitter believes that Fortnite will see a Spider-Verse crossover.

According to HYPEX, the Webslinger Mythic item is making a comeback to Fortnite. The Websliinger weapon is the item that allows players to swing around in Fortnite like Spiderman. This would not be the first time the Webslinger has been in the game. On top of that, two skins that seem to reference Miles Morales have been seen as well.

Will Fortnite Get A Spider-Verse Crossover?

It seems very likely that Fortnite will have a crossover with Spider-Verse. There are a couple of reasons for this. For starters, HYPEX has been a pretty reliable source of Fortnite leaks for a while now. Not only that, but the release of the upcoming Spider-Verse movie will come out around the time that Season 3 launches as well.

Both being released at the same time is a pretty good indicator for a Spider-Verse crossover. Fortnite has also done a crossover with Spider-Man: No Way Home before. So it is not unusual for Fortnite to have a crossover for a specific movie. We will have to wait and see if this turns out to be true.
