Every year, Fortnite players have the chance to celebrate the Summer season with a themed event. In keeping with the theme, Epic Games rolls out a number of new features within the Battle Royale, including new cosmetics, skins and in-game items. Players will likely also see a number of changes make their way onto the island.
For the most part, Epic Games has kept pretty quite on what sort of content we can expect from this year's Summer Event. According to the v25.11 patch notes, Epic Games has confirmed that the Summer Event will begin on July 4, 2023, at 9 a.m. ET. This means players can expect a full blog post detailing the event and features alongside the regular Tuesday update.
