Find out where you can find some tents in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 to complete events or weekly quests.
Where To Find Tents In Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3

Tents have been around in Fortnite for a while now, and they serve some important functions if you know how to use them. They seem useless on the surface, but you'll need to utilize the items to complete event quests in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.

If you want to get all of the quests done for Fortnite X Dragon Ball and the Indiana Jones crossover, you'll need to find a tent in a Battle Royale match. The good news is they are only a blue rarity, so your odds of finding one aren't too low. But finding one, in general, is fairly random.

There are typically two ways to find a tent in any Fortnite match. The first is really up to chance when you search around the map. Tents are considered floor loot, and they can appear in nearly any location around the map where floor loot spawns.

Because of their blue rarity, you're just as likely to find Crash Pads or Impulse Grenades instead of a tent. If you do find what you're looking for, it will appear rolled up on the ground, so you can easily miss it if you're not paying attention. When you pick one up, it can be aimed and thrown at the ground to make the full tent pop up.

In some fringe cases, there will be tents set up around the map by default or by other players. This was more common in Season 2, but you can still find them around if you're really looking. To use the tents that are already set up, they must be claimed before resting or placing items inside.

For those who haven't used a tent before, they are an item reserved for resting and storing items. Anything you place within a tent will stay there indefinitely. You can then place down a tent in another match and take out the item you stored, but it will be gone. Or you can just enter the tent to restore some health.

Storing a Mythic item is part of the Indiana Jones quests in the Battle Pass while regaining health in a tent is part of the Fortnite X Dragon Ball quests. Either way, you're going to need a tent at some point if you want to complete your full set of cosmetics for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3.
