Free Fire Revival Point: How to use, locations and revive a teammate

Garena's extremely popular Battle Royale title, Free Fire, has received a new way to revive your teammates with the OB27 update. This follows tests from the developer, and after some good feedback from the community, the Free Fire Revival Point mechanism has been fully-added to the game. Here's what you need to know about the Free Fire Revival Point mechanism, how you can use it to revive teammates, and where these points are located.

How to use Free Fire Revival Point

With the OB26 update, the developers launched the Revival Point mechanism in Casual Mode. Now, with the OB27 update, the Revival Point feature will appear on all maps.

If you are wondering how you can use the Revival Point mechanism in Free Fire, it is really quite simple. All you need to do is follow the simple steps below.

  • Jump into a Free Fire match.
  • Lose a teammate to fire.
  • Find a Revival Point on the map.
  • Stand inside the point for 15 seconds to revive your fallen comrade.
  • Once your teammate is revived, the area will then turn blue and cannot be used for 1 minute.

It is really as simple as that. However, these Revival Points might be highly contested as a match progresses, so always approach with caution.

Free Fire Revival Point locations

It is important to note Revival Points will only spawn a handful of minutes into a match. You should have no problem finding Revival Point locations in Free Fire, as there are over a dozen on each map. Check your map for a Revival Point location, which is marked with a heart icon.

The developers explain: "We launched the Revival Point feature in Casual Mode previous patch and received pretty good feedback. We are glad that you guys are excited because your fallen teammates now have the opportunities to return to the battlefield."

This is an exciting feature for Free Fire players, as they will now have more options to revive their teammates. The other option is, of course, to purchase a Revive Card for 10 Tokens from one of the many vending machines.

With this guide, you should be able to use Revival Points in Free Fire with ease starting on 14th April 2021.
