How to complete the Irodori Poetry event quest in Genshin Impact

The Moon and Stars Inscribe are one of four sub-events Travelers can participate in during the Hues of the Violet Garden event. The event sets the groundwork for the Irodori Festival as you'll take part in several cultural activities across the Inazuma region.

During The Moon and Stars Inscribe sub-event, there's an event quest, Irodori Poetry, where you'll be assisting two poets in completing various poems by providing them with photographic inspiration. This guide details everything about the Irodori Poetry event quest, including how to complete, rewards and more in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact Irodori Poetry event quest – How to complete

During the Irodori Poetry event quest, Travelers are tasked with taking pictures for two poets, Lenne and Ootomo, who will provide you with unlocked themes daily part of the Irodori Poetry quest. The subjects of the images are specialities native to the Inazuma region, which will serve as inspiration for their poems.

Using the "Take Photo" feature within the Paimon menu, not the Kamera gadget, you'll need to locate these specialities to scan and capture at least four images. Once you've taken pictures of them, head back to Lenne and Ootomo, for which they'll be used to write new verses and thus complete the poem.

Based on the pictures taken, you'll get to help the poets select the appropriate verses for the poem. With the chosen verse, you'll have to wait until morning to speak with the poets and help them out by completing the poem.

It's worth noting that the first four animals are the easiest to track in Inazuma; however, do be aware of your movement. Any sudden movements or sounds will frighten the animals; however, having Aloy or Sayu in your party can prevent this due to their passive abilities.

With your pictures prepared and captured, you can select any of the provided verses that the poets have written. There's no incorrect option as the chosen verse has no direct impact on the poem or the rewards earned upon completion.
