N.O.O.S.E. is an organization that has been around in the GTA universe for a while now. They will likely appear in GTA 6 in some form with the new logo that is on the livery. He further says that there is an eCola livery that is 100% in GTA 6 that is in GTA Online thanks to the leaks. So this further cements that the new N.O.O.S.E. livery could be from GTA 6.
