Developer Mojang Studios, via the Minecraft Legends Twitter account (as you can see below), has revealed the exact release times (and dates) for Minecraft Legends across multiple regions in the world.

Yes, Minecraft Legends releases on 18 April 2023, but in some regions, it does release a little bit later, in the early morning of 19 April 2023, due to timezone things.
