With The Outlast Trials now available on console in addition to PC, more people than ever are wanting to play this exciting new title with friends. However, there's a limit to how many players can join in one party - but what is it? Here's how many people can join in one game of The Outlast Trials.

How Many People Can Play The Outlast Trials Together?

If you want to play The Outlast Trials with a big group of friends, you might ask yourself: can we all play together? It depends on the size of your group, but unfortunately, The Outlast Trials can't accommodate very large groups of players in one match.

Currently, up to four players can join a match of The Outlast Trials. There's no way to add slots for more people. However, you can play with less - whether you want to play solo or with one or two friends, that's an option, too.

It's possible that The Outlast Trials' developers, Red Barrels, could add the option to play with five or more players in the future. For now, though, you can only play with up to three of your friends. If you'd like to play the game with a bigger group, you'll need to split up into teams and conquer the trials separately.

Can You Play The Outlast Trials With Five People?

Unfortunately, there's no way to create a party in The Outlast Trials with more than four people. A group of four is the maximum allowed.

Can You Play The Outlast Trials Solo?

If you're wondering if you can just play The Outlast Trials alone, good news - you can! All of the trials in The Outlast Trials are available for single players. While you can't play with groups larger than four, nothing is stopping you from playing on your own - it might just be a bit harder in places!
