How to beat Okriel the Traitor in Outriders Worldslayer

This boss has a massive AOE attack that would kill you right away if you are not consistently dodging and dashing your way out. Since Okriel doesn't wear any heavy armor, its health goes down rather quickly.

However, do not be fooled into believing this battle is easy because as soon as you deplete one-fourth of its health bar, it will put up a shield. To remove the shield and stun Okriel in the process, you will need to capture these Obelisk pillars scattered around the boss arena. The number of pillars you have to capture before Okriel's shield goes down depends on whether you're playing solo with other players.

To capture these zones, you must stay in the highlighted area and fend off waves of enemies that try to kill you. However, just staying in the zone doesn't ensure your survival in this battle. You will have to make sure that the enemies don't stay in the zone for very long. The lesser enemies stay in a zone, the quicker you will be able to capture that zone.

Okriel has an obliteration bar that gets charged if you stay outside the zones too long or allow the enemies to stay in the zone for very long. Once the bar is fully charged, Okriel will send off this blue wave that will completely wipe out you and your team.

Once you have figured this out, the boss fight becomes rather easy, and all you have to worry about is keeping enemies off the zone. This is why we recommend maximizing your damage output, whether it's by increasing the anomaly damage or firepower. The aforementioned mods should give you an edge in this battle.

After capturing a zone, run directly towards Okriel and start doing DPS. We recommend avoiding other enemies in the vicinity and focusing entirely on Okriel because you will have limited time to take it out before it brings up the shield again, not to mention the wipe-out because of the obliteration bar.

Rinse and repeat the process until you have taken out Okriel, which shouldn't take very long once you have figured out how to capture these zones. That concludes our guide on how to beat Okriel the Traitor in Outriders Worldslayer.
