As noticed by Wowhead, the patch notes include the following references to Fortnite, among many others:

Glug Jug- Consume the Glug Jug to restore full health.
The Storm- The Storm Inflicts 10 Nature Damage every 1 sec to players not within its eyes"

We're all still waiting on that new Overwatch 2 roadmap, but now we're officially in the middle of May it should be coming very soon. Maybe this week? Here's hoping.

Overwatch 2 Executive Producer Jared Neuss has shared on Twitter that the team will be sharing an update on the roadmap "next week".
Quite what this update will entail isn't clear for the time being. It's not clear if this is an update to the Season 4 roadmap, or a wider update on much bigger goals, such as the state of the long-overdue PVE Mode.
Season 5 Roadmap
New Game Mode: Creator Made Defeat The Demon Lord (June 13th)
In celebration of the new Questwatch theme, Blizzard partnered up with Overwatch Workshop Creator CactusPuppy to bring in a new game mode. It is called Defeat The Demon Lord and it pits 4 heroes against the demon Reinhardt. This new game mode can be found in the Arcade playlist of Overwatch 2.

Lucio Ball Summer Games Event (July 11th)
Lucio Ball is part of the upcoming Summer Games Event in Overwatch 2. The Summer Games Event has been a long-standing tradition in Overwatch 2 that celebrated the 2016 Summer Olympics. Now every year, players can participate in Lucio Ball and earn Summer Games event cosmetics.
Winston's Beach Volleyball Summer Games Event (July 11th)
A new Summer Games event game mode is coming to Overwatch 2 now and it is called Winston's Beach Volleyball. From what we have seen, it looks like players can use other heroes in this game mode and not be stuck using Winston for this. We will have to see if this game mode returns with Lucio Ball next year.

Mischief And Magic Prop Hunt Game Mode (July 25th)
Another new game mode is coming to Overwatch 2 and this time, it is called Mischief and Magic. It is a Prop Hunt game mode where players can disguise themselves as random items and opponents will have to figure out where they are hiding.
Animated Short In-Game Premiere (August 4th)
A brand new animated short will premiere in Overwatch 2 on August 4th. It will feature Sojourn, one of the newest heroes in Overwatch 2. The animated short is called "Calling" and it might be a character trailer for her.

Hero and Match changes
Last, but not least, there will naturally be some additional balance updates and changes made for the heroes. From changes such as addressing the lethality of Hanzo, Widowmaker, and Cassidy. Junker Queen's rampage has also been causing too much trouble for players, so it will be tuned down as well. But underperforming heroes like Lifeweaver will recieve some much-needed buffs this season.
Of course, many more changes have been fully laid out in the dev's official blog post covering this season, so be sure to check it out for more info on matchmaking and competitive play.
