The Season of Mythical Wishes introduces a new rotation for all Eggs. Here's the full schedule and all Pokémon to hatch in Pokémon GO.
Pokémon GO Eggs Chart (March 2023) – All Incubator & Adventure Sync Hatches

Eggs are one of the many ways that Trainers can acquire a new Pokémon, which they can obtain from spinning Photo Discs, PokéStops, opening Gifts, and defeating Team GO Rocket leaders. By placing them in an Incubator, you’ll need to meet the walking requirement to hatch a Pokémon from the Egg.

The Season of Rising Heroes reshuffles the last rotation to include new Pokémon for you to hatch while walking with your Buddy Pokémon. This guide details the full hatch rotation, including all Incubator and Adventure Sync Eggs for the new season in Pokémon GO.

27th March 2023 Update: We've updated this guide to reflect new 12km Egg hatches for the upcoming Team GO Rocket Takeover event starting 25th March 2023 for Pokémon GO's Season of Rising Heroes. The original article continues below.

The Season of Rising Heroes arrived on 1st March 2023 at 10 am local time, bringing a wealth of new in-game content, events to look forward to, and a fresh start for its competitive GO Battle League season. This also includes a reset on the Egg rotation schedule with new Pokémon to hatch and Shiny forms to spot.

This season there are different Pokémon that will be hatching from Eggs at 2km, 5km, 7 km, and 10km. Trainers will need to place them in an Incubator, and they’ll start the hatching process once you’ve started walking a certain distance which is required and labeled on the Egg.

Below we’ve listed the new Egg Rotation for March 2023, including the Eggs and the hatched Pokémon  you can receive in Pokémon GO:

  • 2km Eggs: Bellsprout*, Cottonee*, Igglybuff*, Trapinch* and more
  • 5km Eggs: Bonsly*, Gligar*, Machop* and more
  • 7km Eggs: Hisuian Growlithe, Hisuian Qwilfish, Hisuian Sneasel, Hisuian Voltorb, and more
  • 10km Eggs: Amaura, Jangmo-o, Togedemaru, Tyrunt and more

Pokémon GO Egg Rotation (March 2023) – All Adventure Sync Egg Hatches

The new seasonal Egg rotation also includes new Pokémon to hatch from Eggs using the Adventure Sync mode. This mode is quite different from the traditional hatch process as you can toggle a feature that records your walking distance to assist in incubating the Eggs when the game is closed.

The Adventure Sync mode won’t impact the Trainer’s device battery when activated, and you can select the option to receive notifications and weekly fitness reports. These notifications will prompt you when an Egg has hatched and if your Buddy Pokémon locate Candy in the wild.

Let’s take a look at all the Adventure Sync Egg hatchings in March 2023 for Pokémon GO:

  • 5km Adventure Sync Eggs: Cranidos*, Frillis (Male)*, Happiny*, Shieldon*, Shinx* and more
  • 10km Adventure Sync Eggs: Beldum*, Dratini*, Gible*, Goomy, Rockruff* and more

This feature is available after reaching Trainer Level 5; to enable Adventure Sync, you can navigate to the Setting from the Main Menu. Browse the Settings and look for Adventure Sync, which you can toggle on or off.

The Fitness Report is sent to Trainers every week, which gives them insight into the number of Eggs hatched and the Candy your Buddy Pokémon found. It also provides the total distance walked, the number of steps taken, and Calories burned.
