It is not a lot of time to get yourself Dragapult. So to make sure you can actually catch the Dragapult in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, you will need to be as prepared as possible. Luckily for you, we have some suggestions on what you can do to take down Dragapult and catch it for yourself.

Dragapult will be either a 4-star or a 5-star raid in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet for this particular event. So that means you need to ensure that your Pokemon are at a higher level so you can keep up with them. Lower-level Pokemon will not work in this particular raid.

As for the type of pocket monsters, we suggest you bring in a fairy-type Pokemon. The truth of the matter is that Dragapult can be any Tera type. That makes it more difficult to prepare for, but since its base types are Dragon and Ghost, we can do some prep work for that.

Sylveon, Tinkaton, and Azumarill will be your best chances at victory against Dragapult. They all are very strong and will defend against physical attacks very well. Just make adjustments as needed for whatever Tera-type Dragapult is.

And that's it. We hope these counters will put you well on your way to victory! Good luck!
