Valorant's highly-anticipated v1.02 patch is now live, but Ranked mode isn't. The feature is arguably the most sought after in Riot Games' recently-released tactical FPS. Unfortunately, the Valorant Ranked mode has been delayed following an issue.
Valorant Ranked mode delayed
The Valorant v1.02 patch was supposed to signal the start of Valorant Ranked mode, but the competitive mode has been delayed by Riot Games. This delay isn't sitting well with fans on Twitter, noting how they are tired of waiting.

On Twitter, Riot Games explained the delay: "We found another bug that puts competitive at risk, so we're holding off turning on ranked for a while longer. Sorry for the delay, we're working as fast as possible to get a fix and, when we get one, we'll turn ranked on."

When will Riot turn on Valorant competitive?
At the time of writing, there is no exact time when Riot will finally turn on Valorant competitive for the live version of the game. We say this because Ranked was already tested extensively in the beta.
While an exact release date and time has not been revealed, Riot Games did say on social media at 04:00 UK time on 24th June they are expecting to turn on Valorant competitive in the next day or two.
This should put the Valorant Ranked mode release date between 25th and 26th June, depending on how big of an issue they have run into.
